Person-centred Approach

Person centred therapy is the fundamental  to all my approaches. I use this technique, tools and beliefs to ensure you feel comfortable, at ease and safe to explore your inner most emotions and thoughts. This will enable you to build upon your self-confidence, beliefs and strengths to become a happier version of yourself.

Life is not always simple, it can and does throw curve balls at any time throughout our lives. We cannot predict the outcomes of any situation. We can learn to manage and take control of how we respond to these situations, you will gain technique mechanisms to help you through whatever life throws at you and to help you through life’s difficult times.

 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

This model works very well alongside the person centred approach which will help you to live a healthier, happier life. My role is to give you techniques and coping mechanisms to achieve a more fulfilling, balanced life which will help you through situations. After several sessions, you will have gained techniques and tools that will help you become confident at handling issues wherever and whenever they may arise.

 

Solution Focused Therapy

This is a brief goal orientated model which works as a directive and is focused on finding solutions to problems. Though taking benefit from your own expertise up on your own experience and alongside directed structured questions, will give you the ability to explore your strengths and aspirations to reach your own personal goals.
